Stop War

24.10.2009 Poland, Warsaw. Demonstration in the streets of the Polish capital with a few hunders of people for the Withdraw of the troops from Afghanistan. People holding posters and screaming anti-war slogans. The demonstration is an initiative from “Stop War”. The war must stop, The troops must come back from Afghanistan , No NATO and No Missile Shield.
The manifestation start at the Metro station in the center of Warsaw. From there hunderds of people are walking with posters, banners and microphons trough all the big streets in the center of warsaw. This under very heavy police control. The first stop from the anti war manifestation was held by the American Embassy in Warsaw. Extremly heavy police security in front of the Embassy. From there the manifestation walked further too the Polish Sejm and Senate. When the manifrestion took halt by the Polish senate there was some problems with the police. The organisation wanted to drop a dead curve in front of the Polish senate but it was not alowd so they went to the back of the senate. Also here extremly heavy police security in full combat outfit.
