The Dalai Lama delivered spiritual Buddhist teachings on 'The four Noble Truths' to thousands of Buddhists from  Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Vietnam and Indonesia who converged at the main Tsuglagkhang temple in the northern Indian Hill town of Dharamsala to listen to the three day talk by their spiritual leader. 

The Dalai Lama narrated an incident where someone had asked him 'why the Chinese government is sort of afraid of me?'. The spiritual leader jokingly responded, 'because of my horns'.

Hi Wais - indeed he has an amazing sense of humor - with the loud baritone laugh. The picture doesnt do half the justice to the vivacious environment he creates within a spiritual / sacred space - he speaks of stools and urine and how what we consider as beautiful is impermanent and the reality underlying it is something else. must come down to dharamsala and meet the grand old monk. i may be able to file a few pics when he travels to Arunachal pradesh next month.
